As each item is handmade and created from unique vintage kimono fabrics, every piece is one-of-a-kind.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture, or fabric characteristics

Please review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
